Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyze, and translate their requirements into actionable IT solutions. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of technology projects, ensuring they align with our company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into clear and detailed requirements.

• Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements while considering technical feasibility and scalability.

• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of IT solutions.

• Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing their concerns and feedback.

• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations and rollouts.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project management experience is a plus.
